For horror films
People watch films to escape their boring lives and experience an emotion that they want.
For instance a horror film would make someone scared and there body would release adrenaline and indorphins and they would get addicted to fear and violence.
I don’t really like horror but I don’t mind watching one if its good and beliveable.
Most horror films are scary until the mysterious killer/monster reveals them self.
This means people are afraid of the unknown the horror film has the upper hand when the killer/monster is in the shadows and nobody knows there face.
Horror films were dead and scream revived them in 1996.
If I were to make a horror film I would make it close to the viewers life.Because if a films believable the viewer can relate to it and start to think It could happen to them.
